DOWNLOADI was always interested in cookery at school and have a natural talent for it. The practical side of the Level 3 course is quite technical and intense. It’s like two years rolled into one. I’ve always had good support at Coleg Gwent. My ambition is to work at a high end hotel and the tutors have helped me with this.
